Dr. Alissa Brown, DVM

Dr. Alissa Brown has been practicing in Orange County, CA for the last 12 years. She grew up in Irvine and loves caring for the animals in her community. She graduated from Cal Poly SLO with her bachelors of science and then continued to Western University for her DVM. She did an internship following graduation in Carlsbad where she was intensively trained in internal medicine, critical care and oncology. Building lifelong relationships with families and their beloved pets is what gives her the greatest joy. Her areas of interest also include the intricacies of cats, preventative care and geriatric medicine. Dr. Brown has three daughters that keep her and her husband busy in the best way. She also has two senior kitties, Link and Knox.

When not with family or working, Dr. Brown’s other passion is running.  She is training for various marathons and finds her peace in the miles spent outside.
